I am neither a doctor nor a nurse nor a nutritionist, but I do believe that food has the power to hurt and the power to heal. I have spent several years now trying to pursue the healing power of food, and this blog is just attempt to keep myself honest, and document what I have learned and what I am doing. The researches of so many eminent scientific men have thrown so much darkness upon the subject that if they continue their researches we shall soon know nothing.
